Who we are
Oviflow ("we", "us", "our") is based in Romania and can be reached at privacy@oviflow.com.
What data we collect
When you join our waitlist, we collect:
- Email address - to notify you when Oviflow launches
- Journey stage (optional) - to understand where you are in your IVF journey
We do not collect any other personal data. We do not use cookies for tracking. We use a language preference stored in the URL path.
How we use your data
- To send you updates about Oviflow's launch and development
- To understand our audience in aggregate (e.g., how many people are actively in a cycle vs. considering IVF)
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where your data is stored
Your email and journey stage are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare processes data in compliance with GDPR and maintains appropriate security measures. Data may be processed in data centers within the European Economic Area and the United States.
Your rights under GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict processing of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Port your data to another service
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@oviflow.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
We retain your waitlist data until Oviflow launches and you either create an account or ask to be removed. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is a privacy-first analytics service that does not use client-side state (such as cookies or localStorage) to collect usage metrics. It does not track individual users across sites or over time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Oviflow develops. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify waitlist subscribers by email.
