By accessing oviflow.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Description of service
Oviflow is currently in pre-launch. The Site provides information about the upcoming Oviflow app, a blog with articles about IVF experiences, and a waitlist registration form. The Oviflow app is not yet available.
3. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Oviflow app, a specific launch date, or any particular features. We reserve the right to modify the app's features, pricing, and availability at our discretion.
4. Blog content and medical disclaimer
The blog articles on this Site reflect the personal experiences and opinions of the author. They are provided for informational and educational purposes only. See our Medical Disclaimer for full details.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Oviflow and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may share links to our content but may not reproduce it without permission.

- Submit false information to the waitlist
- Scrape or harvest data from the Site

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
